What do we expect from you?

You will have the opportunity to create user‑centered designs, from concept to final hand‑off. It is important to have good interpersonal and communication skills to thrive in our collaborative atmosphere, working closely with UX designers, product managers, developers, and the marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen brand assets, including style and brand guidelines.
• Build and maintain a design system to improve workflows and overall productivity.
• Design user‑centered interaction models, wireframes, and responsive layouts.
• Design logos, icons, and infographics.
• Create and refine images using AI visual design tools.
• Improve and create banners, social media graphics and videos, brand campaigns, and visual elements for email communications.
• Design of merchandise and print materials.
• Present and explain design decisions based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and best practices.
• Report your progress in the form of a presentation, highlighting KPIs.
• Continuously keep yourself and your team updated with the latest changes in industry standards.

What qualifies you?

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience in visual/graphic/digital design, or a related field.
• Portfolio showcasing UI and graphic designs.
• Proficiency in visual design tools: Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Excellent knowledge of user‑centered design principles and guidelines.
• Confidence in fluently presenting and explaining your design decision in English.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, problem‑solving, and active listening skills.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated with new tools and trends
• Good time‑management skills.
• Ability to apply analytical and abstract thinking – to analyze detailed information, identify key insights, and develop strategic, user‑centered designs based on broad design principles.
• Bonus:
  • Experience in utilizing AI visual‑generating tools.
  • Knowledge of basic video montage.
